Hi, my name is Rhodé. I’m a social designer focused on creating experiences that spark conversations about collaboration, policies, education, and the importance of making mistakes. My work involves analysis, research, mixed-media art, and I’m currently learning coding.
I used to be fascinated by how people interact within systems, but now I focus on identifying the "what ifs"—the things that might hold us back in the future. I believe making mistakes is key to learning and growth. Old systems often label mistakes as bad, but by making them, we become more adaptable and resilient in our ever-changing world.
I also explore the relationship between technology and the fear of it. I want to contribute to a world where changing technology is accessible to everyone, so it doesn’t create inequality between groups. It’s important to encourage engagement with tech and show its benefits, so no one gets left behind.
I aim to help build a future where organizations foster inclusivity, collaboration, and flexible, accessible learning. I design exercises that go beyond just taking in information—they help people think critically, apply what they’ve learned in their lives, and support others in doing the same.
